Booking Single treatments or chargeable consultations:
We take a non-refundable deposit for treatments and consultation. When you attend your appointment, the deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost. Failure to give the full 48 hours notice will result your losing your deposit. This allows us to manage diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.
Treatment Suitability
As with any medical procedure, a full medical history and facial assessment is required before treatment. If it is considered that on the day of treatment the is not recommended or presents undue risk, then the treatment will not go ahead. We strongly encourage all clients to consider all treatments prior to undergoing them and not rush into any decisions. Clients are encouraged to ask as many questions as they need both prior to, and on the treatment day.
Age Restrictions
For injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle injections & dermal filler) clients must be over 21 years old, for skin treatments clients must be over 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.
Client Consultation Forms
All clients will be required to complete a Client Consultation form before treatments before proceeding. This is mandatory. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any health issues that need to be considers.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures are protected under the Data Protection Act.
Aftercare
After your treatment, you will be provided aftercare advice. Please follow the aftercare advice to maintain. The results from each treatment will differ from client to client. Further treatments may be required to achieve the realistic results explained in the consultation.
Liability
Elite-Aesthetics-By-Hannah will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of property), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all relevant medical details are provided prior to each treatment. Elite-Aesthetics-By-Hannah will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Elite-Aesthetics-By-Hannah regarding the care of a treated area.
